Just saw this on the news:”Two of the US’s greatest mortgage lenders have had mortgage foreclosures cancelled in a case that could affect other banks.The Supreme Court in Massachusetts ruled against US Bancorp and Wells Fargo in a widely watched case.Backing a lower court ruling made in 2009, it said two foreclosure sales were invalid due to the fact the banks did not prove that they owned them at the time.Bank shares fell sharply after the ruling dragging the wider market down.The choice is among the earliest to address the validity of foreclosures done without proper documentation – so-called robo-loans due to the fact they were carried out by people who had been unqualified and who typically did not check a single line in the paperwork.” Will that have a positive impact on people’s lives?

I think there are many ways to avoid bankruptcy and foreclosure that most people don’t even know about. Foreclosure and short sales should be avoided unless you have no other choice. Both will destroy your credit for a long time.

The YouTube video is a great way to display the virtual tour for this Alabama foreclosure property on Racine Street. It looks like a bargain for just $55,000… or $47,000 for first-time home buyers after the $8,000 tax credit.
I’m not familiar with FlipShare… Is it an easy video editor to use? I typically edit the video on my computer and then upload to my YouTube channel.

This prpperty is a no brainer. Should go for around $325,000. Today 2 commercial agents said the value was around $18k-$20k per acre for a cost of $525,000. Thats $200,000 off of current value!!! If you want land dont miss this opportunity!
